U.S. Model 1861 pattern musket with no maker markings. This gun has absolutely no maker markings. The only markings on this gun is the lock is dated 1864 and there is a 3 on the left hand side of the barrel near the breach. No markings are anywhere else, no barrel proofs, no US on the butt plate and no cartouche. We are not sure exactly what this gun is as we can not find a reference to a gun...

Sharps 1859 carbine. This is a guaranteed Sharps 1859 Civil War era carbine that made it to the Western frontier. Several blacksmith repairs have been made to the forearm and numerous holes left by tacks remain. These are proper period tack holes. This gun is definitely in the condition you would expect to find an Indian gun. Great piece!

Spencer carbine made in Belgium. Top of frame marked:"Union Armuriere, Belge, Liege". Stock is cartouched "Famsse & Trapmann, Liege 1873" (probably they were the retailers). This is an excellent period copy. Has mint bore with 6 groove rifling, 20" barrel and no stabeler cutoff. Extremely well made. You would certainly think this was a Spencer made in America, but it is Belgian!
