Beautiful and Very Well Made “Velo Dog” Style Revolver (AH4704)

Beautiful and very well made “Velo Dog” style revolver. The top strap is marked “MFG by Order of Vernier A Marseilles”. The top flat is also inlaid in gold with the name “LeBeltue”. This was the gun maker. Vernier A Marseilles was the person who embellished deluxe guns in Marseilles, France. He did the engraving, plating, and grips. This is a very fine and unusual “Velo Dog” style revolver with different shapes and features. Gun has Belgian proofs. The action works perfectly as a single or double action.
