British Side by Side 12 gauge (S5511)

British Side by Side 12 gauge shotgun by W. Garden of Aberdeen (Scotland). Gun is Birmingham proofed and marked BNP for British Nitro Proof. Barrels are 30" Damascus with excellent bores. Chambers are for 2 1/2" shells. There is no play or wobble at the hinge pin. Hammers are the rebounding type. Barrels show 98% Damascus pattern and were refinished when the gun was re-proofed. Action works perfectly. Stocks are worn but serviceable. Trigger guard was bent at some time and repaired but needs to be a better repair. Note: Although this shotgun is Nitro Proofed, we are selling this as a Damascus barrel Black Powder shotgun.
