Maltby & Henley and Co. New York 5-Shot .32 S&W caliber revolver. This well made and little-known revolver has some innovative features such as: a rolling safety knurled knob on the top of the backstrap (Rolling it forward is “safe” and rolling it back is “off safe”); Cylinder pin is released by a knurled push button on the front of the frame; Cylinder releases for loading by pressing on a knurled detent on the topstrap. Fancy grips are excellent. Gun has 98 – 99% original nickel. Bore has good rifling and some corrosion in the grooves. Acton works perfectly. Neat revolver!
