Pair of Colt No.3 Thuer Derringers .41 (C9250)

Colt Number 3 Thuer Derringers .41 rimfire. Matched pair serial # 18571 and 18578. One has an excellent bore, the other has two pits in the bore. Both guns have 99% original nickel. One gun has 93-95 % original blue. The other has 60 % original blue and rest is nice blue-brown patina. One gun has perfect pearl grips and the other has a very small chip where the grip meets the frame on the top left underside. Some Colt Thuer pairs have consecutive numbers but the majority of the pairs are just a few numbers apart. Screws are perfect and have all of their fire blue. Beautiful and rare pair!
