Colt 1911A1 .45 ACP caliber pistol. Excellent Colt 1911A1 with medals and papers. Identified to Leo Ney who was a Captain in the Army. Captain Ney was earned 5 Bronze stars during his service. Along with his discharge papers are his watch and dog tags along with his ribbon bars and other decorations. Gun is in excellent condition and comes with its holster. Finish is 95%. Bore has pitting most likely due to corrosive ammo. Very neat historical set that you rarely see identified to a World War II Soldier.
