Smith & Wesson "Favorite" .44 Russian caliber revolver. Only 1000 made. Serial number 97XX. Bore is very good plus. Action works perfectly. Left side grip still shows the script patent marking that usually wears off quickly. The gun opens tightly and locks up perfectly. Gun has been re-nickeled long ago and is well done.
