Ballard Sporting Rifle No. 44 (AL7199)
Made circa 1880s. 44 RF caliber with a 30” barrel. This is a nice sharp gun in very fine condition. The barrel has an even brown to blue patina. The frame is an even gray patina. All the markings are sharp and readable. The top of the barrel is marked “No. 44”. This gun has both the ability to fire cartridges and percussion. Very fine original Ballard Sporting Rifle!
