US Model 1841 “Mississippi” Rifle by Tryon (AL7191)
Made in 1844. 58 caliber with a 33” barrel. The metal of this gun has scattered pitting on th3ee metal and has been re-patinaed to be an even brown. Wood is very good. This gun is Mexican war period. Very good example of a Tryon Mississippi Rifle!
