U.S. Model 1836 .54 caliber flintlock pistol by R. Johnson. Pistol is in overall good condition with pin-prick pitting noted on the barrel. Action is tight and crisp, lock is dated 1843 with inspector and proof marks noted on the barrel. Wood is good with faint cartouche visible next to the side plate.
