Gorgeous Springfield Model 1884 trapdoor rifle whose chamber has been made non-operational. Case coloring remains on the breech block. Stock is good with a visible cartouche dated 1886. Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling. Comes with a standard issue bayonet and scabbard. NOT SAFE TO SHOOT. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIRE THIS RIFLE.
