Imported Model 1840 cavalry saber by K & C (SW1495)
Imported Model 1840 "wristbreaker" cavalry saber marked "K&C" on the ricasso. Scabbard is a dark patina while the 34.75" blade is a light grey patina with surface oxidation present. Leather is dry with most of the wire wrap missing.
