Beautiful Cased Pair of Modern Kentucky Style Pistols By M. Vance (AH8177)
Made circa 1980s. 50 caliber bores with 9 ½” barrels. The barrels are half octagon and the other half above the wood line has more of a rounded profile with flat sides. The barrels are browned. Wood is excellent and has engraved German silver mounts. The side plates even have silver wire inlay. Stocks are also carved. Absolutely beautiful pair of Kentucky style Flintlock pistols!
