Smith & Wesson Model No.1 2nd Issue .22 Short RF (AH8530) CONSIGNMENT

Serial No. 20950, circa early 1860's, .22 short RF, 3 3/16" octagonal barrel. Barrel and cylinder have approximately 98% blue finish, markings are crips. Silver plated frame has a nice patina finish. Bore has light frosting visible in the grooves with handsome rifling noted. Two piece rosewood grips have light usage and handling wear. Action indexes correctly with a tight lock up.
