Inland M1 Carbine .30 Carbine (R41606)Consignment

SN: 3157545. Made in 1943 by the Inland Division of General Motors with a 17.75-inch barrel that is chambered for the .30 Carbine cartridge. Stamped adjustable rear sight assembly marked "J.A.O.", push-button safety, flat bolt, Type C bayonet lug barrel band & a June 1943 dated Inland barrel with a bright bore. Type D tapered, shallow sight groove, 4-rivet handguard, high wood, oval cut stock with an ordnance escutcheon cartouche on the right side in front of the oiler cut. This carbine has been through an arsenal level rebuild, so the finish on the metallic parts is not the original factory finish from World War II, nevertheless it is in excellent condition. The wood is in excellent condition with none of the dings & dents that are typically associated with normal military service. Comes with a USGI web sling & an M3 flash hider. (CONSIGMENT)
