WWII Springfield M1 Garand rifle .30-06 (R41291) Consignment

SN: 2573527. Made in February 1944 at Springfield Armory in .30-06 with a February 1944 dated Springfield 24-inch barrel with bright bore in excellent condition. Rifle is in "as built" parts configuration with all correct factory World War II-era parts to include "S.A. G.A.W." buttstock, Type 3 lock bar rear sight assembly, unmodified op-rod & a 12SA bolt. Rifle is in overall excellent condition with original finish across all metal parts & no cracks in the wood or significant handling wear. Comes with an M1907 leather sling & a 14-inch M1 bayonet with scabbard. This is an overall magnificent example of a World War II-production Springfield M1 Garand service rifle & it would be hard to improve on it. Consignment
