Remington Rand M1911A1 Pistol .45 ACP (PR66741) ATX

SN: 1292691. Semi-automatic handgun manufactured by Remington Rand under contract for the United States Armed Forces in 1943. This pistol appears to have been re-arsenaled twice: first by Springfield Armory, and later by Rock Island Armory. The parkerized finish is in great condition overall with some holster and edge wear. The bore is good with light frosting and strong rifling. Action functions correctly including both safeties. Comes with a Boyt leather holster dated '45, on a canvas belt with a reproduction double magazine pouch.
