NSN, circa 11860's, .36 caliber, 30" octagonal to round barrel. Barrel is a mottled brown patina, barrel is marked "*E MAYNARD/DEPOSIT N.Y.", a unique peep sight is attached to the barrel. Lock and hammer have a geometric engraving. Barrel is attached with with a single key hole. Stock is very good with light handling wear visible.
