Extremely Early Colt Single Action Army .44 Rimfire Serial Number 5 (AC1130) CONSIGNMENT

Serial number 5. Made 1875. 44RF caliber with a 7 ½” barrel. This is a 44 RF caliber Colt Single Action which were numbered in their own serial range from 1 – 1863. This is the fifth gun made. This gun has a even brown patina throughout the metal. The gun is partially restored with the markings have been refreshed, the patina is artificial and the channel in the hammer has been rewelded.
