French MAS 36 bolt action rifle 7.5French (R42020) CONSIGNMENT

Serial No. L65043. Made in 1946 with a 23-inch barrel chambered for the 7.5mm French cartridge. Bore is bright & shiny with strong visible rifling. Metal has thinned to a grey patina, right side of the receiver is import marked. Receiver & bolt show some surface pitting. Serial numbers are matching. Action is smooth & functions correctly, comes with a French military surplus leather sling & a 17-inch spike bayonet.
