USGI M1 Carbine (R42043) Consignment

SN: 2822847. Made in 1943 with an 18-inch barrel chambered for the .30-Carbine cartridge. This gun has a December 1943 Underwood barrel, flat bolt & milled adjustable rear sight assembly. It underwent an arsenal level service life extension rebuild after World War II & now it has a Type 3 bayonet lug barrel band, an M2 magazine release, a flip safety, & a birch M2 pot-belly stock. Marked "Blue Sky" on the left side of the barrel. Comes with an oiler, a USGI web sling & a USGI 15-round magazine. Consignment
