Savage Enfield No. 4 Mk. 1 Rifle .303 British (R42556)

SN: 75C4550. Made circa 1944. .303 British with a 25" barrel. Bore is bright with strong rifling. No.4 Mk.1 Rifle manufactured by Savage for British troops under the Lend Lease Act. Left side of receiver is marked "U.S. Property". Finish is in good condition with expected wear noted from a rifle of this time period. Stock has been lightly sanded with British proof marks still visible on the bottom of the wrist. Overall good condition.
