Lend Lease Springfield M1 Garand Rifle 30-06 (R40963) ATX

SN: 471854. Made January 1942 at Springfield Armory in 30.06 with a "1-45" dated Springfield 24" barrel. Bore is very good with strong rifling. "SA GHS" stock, Type 1 spanner bolt flush nut rear sight assembly, 3 SA uncut Op-Rod, RE4D SA bolt, and solid single slot gas cylinder lock screw. Rifle is in overall excellent condition with original factory finish and minimal handling wear noted on the stock. Comes with 1916 dated Rock Island Arsenal 1907 leather sling, early production M3 combination tool with broken shell extractor & old Nickel buttstock oiler with bore brush & pull-through string inside. Rifle has Lend Lease markings.
