WWII German 1938 42 code Mauser K98 rifle with Grenade launcher (R42659)

Serial No. 396, made in 1938, 8mm, 24" round barrel. Serial numbers are matching except for the floor plate, barrel band and stock which are all marked 134. Waffenamts on left side are marked with "Eagle/WaA65"x3, receiver is marked "42/1938" with "Eagle/63"x3 on the right side, left side has 'Eagle-396/w-Mod.98". Bore is bright and shiny with handsome rifling visible. Stock does have expected nicks, dings and marring, underside near wrist is marked "134/byf". Rifle comes with original Grenade sight with "EUH-Eagle/WaAA68-00145" marked on the inside, Top of the sight is stamped "G Gr Ger/k 98k". Launcher is marked with "G Gr Ger/lze/Eagle/WaA127" rifling remains strong. Also include is an original wrench and an inert HE rifle grenade, the year "43" and 236e are visible. A winter trigger guard has also been added. Great piece hardly seen together!
