Saginaw S.G. M1 Carbine Model of 1943 .30 carbine (R42673) CONSIGNMENT

Serial No. 3505661, made in Late 1943, ,30 carbine, 18" barrel marked "W", bore is bright and shiny with handsome rifling noted. Front sight is unmarked, Type I barrel band is unmarked with the 3 weld scars. Wide swivel is unmarked. Receiver is marked "SAGINAW S.G."/3505661".Rear sight is marked with "S" on the left side.  Low wood stock looks to have been sanded some time ago with faint "S.G." cartouche noted. Sling well is unmarked, action is smooth and functions correctly, Carbine comes with oiler, sling and box.Consignment
