U.S. Springfield M1 Garand .30-06 (R42835) CONSIGNMENT

Serial No. 1614507, made in 1943, .30-06, 24" round barrel stamped "S-A-11-51", Bore is bright and shiny with strong rifling visible. Op-rod is uncut, Bolt is marked "HRA" and part numbers SA marked ranging from 43'-44'. Stock is very good with light handling and usage marks visible. Left side is stamped " S.A./JLG-Ordnance Escutcheon" butt stock is marked "RIA/EB" 1947-1958, meaning rifle was refurbished after WWII. Action is smooth and functions correctly. Consignment
