Carlsbad Flintlock Pistol. Carlsbad, also known as Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic present day, was a gun maker’s mecca for royalty visiting Carlsbad, which was a famous spa city. Barrel length is 13½” and overall length is 21”.  Stock is carved and has some well-done repairs. Metal parts are in gilt. Barrel is engraved and has fine gold accents. Barrel has very good plus original blue. A fine Carlsbad pistol!
