U.S. model 1836 Flintlock pistol. U.S. Army issue. Manufactured by R. Johnson and dated 1842. Inspector’s cartouches on the stock is perfect. Stock edges are sharp, and markings are all sharp and clear. Gun shows handling use but no real issue use. Bore is bright. This is a very fine U.S. 1836 Flintlock!
