Excellent Deluxe Winchester Model 1873 Rifle (W7793)

Excellent Deluxe Winchester Model 1873 Rifle. Made in 1879. Early second Model deluxe that still has the thumb print dust cover. Condition is excellent with 98% of the original blue. Strong case colors remain on the frame, forend cap, lever, hammer, and butt plate. Wood is very fine with light handling wear. Gun has half octagon, half round barrel with a half magazine. Bore is very good with minor spots of pitting. Action works perfect. Gun comes with factory letter confirming all features. Along with this Winchester comes a letter from noted Winchester Historian George Madis attesting to the originality of this gun. Very fine Deluxe gun that is completely original!
