Stern Single Shot Target .22 Short or Long (PR48324)

Stern Single Shot Target .22 Short or Long Caliber Pistol. Manufactured 1927. Bore is very good. Action works perfectly. Note: This pistol had a set trigger which is now missing. Works fine with the foreward trigger. Barrel length 9 ¾”. Overall length 14 ½” engraved with border pattern and some floral scroll rosettes. Frame is case colored with 100% case colors. Barrel is blue with 98% original factory blue. Half round, half octagon with the last 1 5/8” of barrel at muzzle being octagonal, presumably for a bit of extra weight at the muzzle. Grips are excellent, as is the checkering. Grip has a thumb rest for a right hand shooter. Rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation. Fine quality German Target pistol.
