Remington Model 1858 “New Model Army” Factory Conversion to .46 Rimfire Caliber. Bore is bright and rates very good plus. Action works perfectly. Gun has approximately 50-60% blue with the rest being an even brown patina. Grips are very good plus to excellent. No cracks or chips. This is a very nice 1858 post Civil War conversion to cartridge. As a side note, this type Remington conversion is the same as used by Clint Eastwood in the movie “The Outlaw Josey Wales”.
