Colt 1911 .45 ACP caliber pistol. Manufactured in 1918. Metal has turned to a light gray patina. Unfortunately a previous owner obliterated the US Navy marking and the US Property marking. The bore is very good and the mechanics are perfect. Perfect candidate for a proper restoration!
