Smith & Wesson 1917 .45 caliber revolver. This is a U.S. Army issue Model 1917 in .45 ACP or Auto Rim caliber. Barrel frame and cylinder all match. Cylinder is uncut. Gun has Pre-war commercial grips and has a king front sight and Smith & Wesson Target rear sight. Gun has 92-93% of an old professional refinish. Bore is excellent. This is a gun customized by an old school target shooter!
