Colt 1911A1 .45 ACP caliber pistol. Rare early post-war Springfield Armory re-work with correct period commercial slide. The gun was made in 1950’s. Has the “SA” stamp for Springfield Armory, which is unusual as most of the re-works were done at other arsenals. A beautiful piece in about mint condition.
