Mauser P08 9 mm Luger (PR25419)

Mauser P08 9 mm Luger caliber pistol. Very rare! Produced for Luftwaffe after regular P08 production was stopped. There were less than 10,000 produced. Most all the parts used were left over parts and armorers parts produced from 1935 to 1942. The pistols had their own serial range with the highest known being in the 8,500 range. The guns were inspected and accepted by Luftwaffe personnel as note by Luftwaffe inspection proofs. The works was probably done at the Heerzeugant (Army Equipment Depot) in Kotzenau, abbreviated KU. Matching serial numbers. The bore has strong rifling and shows frosting. About 98% finish. Excellent grips. Comes with two FXO plastic bottom magazines, 41 dated holster and a 42 marked tool. The holster is in good condition showing field use. Very rare complete rig!
