Extremely rare Smith Jennings repeating rifle (AL3514)

Extremely rare Smith Jennings repeating rifle. Virtually all of these guns that you encounter are single shots or have been converted to a muzzle loader. This is only the 2nd we have encountered that still is a repeater. This also the finest condition that we have seen. This is the 3rd variation and is 100% completely unaltered. The condition is very fine with 80% of the original finish on the metal. All markings and engraving is sharp and clear. These guns came just after the Hunt rifle and still used the Hunt cartridge. These were the 1ST repeaters on the market yet they were not all that successful. These were the guns that eventually gave birth to the Winchester.
