British Enfield 1853 pattern officer’s .577 caliber rifle. Very good bore. 39” barrel. Crown and tower marked side plate. Has nipple and hammer face protector with chain. Has what appears to be period sling. Beautiful English checkering on nice dark wood. Shows handling marks from 160 years of use. Very nice gun.
