Mannlicher 1924 .30-06 caliber rifle. Rare pre-war "Sequoia" model with double set triggers and 3 blade express sight. These guns were made special for a California importer, "Sequoia Importing Co." in 30-06 only and was soon replaced by the similar 1925 model made in various calibers. Someone has stamped the caliber on the barrel, but it is the original barrel and is numbered to the gun. The metal is excellent, the wood has some marks, overall fine condition. The original buttplate has a hinged bullet trap in the butt.
