Steyr Gew 88 8mm Mauser caliber German commission rifle produced in 1890. Given to the Turks during WWI. Post WWII refurbished by the Turks. Non matching serial number. The bore has strong rifling and is dark. The wood and metal finish is excellent. Good to very good overall condition. Not for firing!
