Antique Smith and Wesson Revolvers

Serial number 22075*. Made circa 1870s. 44 American caliber with an 8” barrel. This gun is in excellent condition as factory refinished. Gun is all matching. Bore has good visible rifling, but is dark with some pitting.

SN: 80146. Circa 1895. .38 Smith and Wesson with a 3.25" ribbed barrel, bore is excellent. Double action revolver with nickel finish, blued trigger guard, case hardened trigger, shrouded hammer, lemon squeezer safety mechanism on back of grip and hard rubber grip with S&W trademark logo. Overall very good condition. (Consignment)

SN: 67723. 1890's production. 32 S&W 3.5" caliber with a 3.5" barrel. "New Departure" lemon-squeezer topbreak revolver. The barrel is bulged just past the chamber and there is a fissure in the bore there. This gun is not safe to fire. Excellent cosmetic condition with 98% of the nickel finish and bright case colors on the trigger. NOT TO BE FIRED.

SN: 90425. Circa 1883. .38 Smith & Wesson center fire with a 3.25" ribbed barrel, bore is very good. Double action revolver with nickel finish, blued trigger guard, case hardened hammer, fluted cylinder and Mother of Pearl grip. Overall condition is very good. (Consignment)

SN: 1794. Circa 1878. .38S&W with a 3.25" barrel, bore is very good. 2nd Model single action revolver with nickel finish, case hardened spur hammer and checkered hard rubber grip. Overall in very good condition. Comes with hardwood case, unopened Winchester Repeating Arms .38 caliber ammo box for S&W revolvers and key. (Consignment)

SN: 16506. Circa 1890. .44 Russian with a 6" barrel, bore is very good with shallow pitting. Double action revolver with nickel finish, fluted cylinder, case hardened hammer, blued trigger guard and ivory grip with S&W gold medallion on top of grip. Overall fine condition. (Consignment)

SN:5877. Manufactured circa 1871, .44 Smith & Wesson American center fire with a 8" ribbed barrel. Bore has strong rifling and scattered pitting. Cartridge single action revolver with fluted cylinder Stag grips and was shipped to M.W Robinson of New York City, New York. Has factory letter. Overall condition is fair. (Consignment)

SN:23896. Manufacture circa 1887, .44 Smith & Wesson Russian center fire with a 6" nonstandard barrel. Bore is good with strong rifling and scattered pitting. Single action revolver with fluted cylinder and checkered walnut grips. The revolver was shipped to a M.W Robinson in New York City, New York. Has factory letter. Overall condition is very good. Serial Number 9320. Made circa 1860s. 32 RF caliber with a 6” barrel. Very Sharp gun that mostly has a smooth brown patina with around 30% of the original blue on the frame. Grips are excellent. Action works perfectly. Bore is excellent.

Serial number 34304. Made 32 RF caliber with a 6” barrel. Metal has a dark gray patina. Grips are good with a repair on the left hand side.

SN: 5417. Made circa 1862, .32 Rimfire, 6" barrel. Civil War era 6-shot S&W No.2, finish is an evenly grey patina. Bore is good with scattered frosting noted in the grooves. 

SN: 98780. Made from 1858-1882, .22 Short, 3.125" barrel. Overall good condition 2nd Issue Model 1 with light oxidation on barrel & cylinder. Comes in display box.

SN: 32344. Made from 1858-1882, .22 Short, 3.125" barrel. Overall good condition 2nd issue Model 1 with light oxidation on the barrel & cylinder. Grips & frame in excellent condition.

Serial number 8275. Made in 1878. 45 Schofield Caliber with a 7” barrel. This engraved and nickel plated with 40% - 50% of the nickel plating remaining. Civilian Schofields are a fairly scarce gun with only 650 of these manufactured and only a fraction of those were ever engraved. This gun was shipped to M. W. Serial number 3617. Made in 1874. This gun is in excellent condition with 90% of the original blue. Grips are excellent. Very fine original Schofield!

Smith & Wesson 1896 Hand Ejector .32 S&W caliber revolver. No finish. Chipped grips. Doesn’t work!!!

Serial number 64100. Made late 1860s. .32 RF caliber with a 6” barrel. Nice sharp gun with some of the original finish. Grips are very good.

Serial number 21442. Made in 1880s. 38 S&W caliber with a 4” barrel. This gun has been expertly refinished, probably by the factory. Grips are antique ivories.
