There are two small cracks; one along the bottom of the lock and one running from the side plate. Action works well.

The metal has been cleaned and now has a light brown patina that is most likely dried oil, but it looks good, so we are not cleaning it. Wood has been refinished. Ramrod assembly is missing and has been replaced by a wood ramrod. This is a very well done drum conversion that appears to have been done commercially.
