Japanese Swords

Circa 1930's-1940's, 27" slightly curved blade. White ray skin wrapped in olive drab fabric tape is in very good condition. Bamboo peg has been replaced with wood. Standard three cherry blossom menuki's are present along with the Fuchi and tsuba. Blade does show a few chips along the edge with some light discoloration in a few areas on the bright blade. Blade is Full and Unsharpened. 31.5" blade length. Brass handle is tight and in good condition. Brass/leather scabbard in good condition. Brass is loose on scabbard. Overall condition is very good. (Consignment)

Officer's dress sword. Blade is 29.5". Scabbard has a brown patina with some of it's original nickel plating. Very good overall condition.
