Colt Frontier Six Shooter .44-40 caliber pistol. Pre-war single action .44-40 manufactured in 1901. Barrel marked “Colt Frontier Six Shooter”. Bore is excellent. Action works and Indexes perfectly. Barrel length 5½”. Gun has approximately 70-75% bright blue. Blue loss is mainly on the thinning grip straps. Grips are near excellent. Gun has approximately 50% case colors. Fine Colt Single Action in desirable .44-40 caliber and in very good condition.
