Marlin Model 1881 .40-60 (AL4291)

Marlin Model 1881 .40-60 caliber rifle. Bore is excellent and bright. Action works perfectly. Barrel length 28”. Gun has double set triggers. Stock is very good with no cracks or chips and shows little wear. Barrel has 92-93% original blue. Magazine tube has turned to an even plum patina. Receiver is a plum and blue mix and shows approximately 30% thinning blue overall. This is a very nice 1881 Marlin. This rifle has been used but well cared for and shows no abuse.
