Marlin 1889 .38-40 Caliber Rifle (AL4466)

Marlin 1889 .38-40 Caliber Rifle. Very fine condition! .38-40 caliber with a very good bore. Bore is bright and shiny except for one patch about midway up the barrel that has some light pitting. Barrel has 90% plus of the original blue. Magazine tube has closer to 70%. Frame is about 70% of the original blue as well. Case colors still remain on the lever. Wood is good. Butt stock has been refinished and there is a chip around the top of the left hand side where it meets the frame. Forearm is original. Very fine example!
