Belgian Side by Side 12 Gauge. Belgian made hammer shotgun with Damascus barrels. Chambered for 2½” shells. Barrel is marked in gold “H.G. Cordes, Bremer-Haven”. Frame is engraved and gold inlayed with a dog and a pheasant on the left side. On the right side is a fox and a duck on a pond. Trigger guard has another gold inlay animal in a woodland setting. Stock is well carved with bold leaf and floral motifs. Barrel length is 28¼”. Right barrel is cylinder bore. Left barrel is modified. Bores are mostly bright. Length of pull is 13⅝”. Nice looking well made Damascus barrel Shotgun. This is a black powder shotgun for 2½” shells. Do Not Use Modern Nitro Smokeless Powder Shells. It is dangerous.
