Colt .38-40 Single Action Army Revolver. Manufactured in 1897. 5 ½” Barrel with approximately 85% blue with some minor pits. Frame and grip straps have a brown/gray patina with original finish in protected areas. Front sight has been shortened. Bore has strong rifling and is bright with minor pits. Good overall condition. An affordable 1st Gen Single Action that is antique.
