Pistol comes with documentation that it belonged to a distant relative of Sam Houston.  Theodore Houston was the chief engineer for the Homestead Mine in Deadwood. History of Theodore Houston are listed in the accompanying document describing the gun and holster. He was a sheriff of Deadwood in the 1920's. The letter is from his grandson. Pistol is in very good condition with approximately 95% of the early high luster blue. A sharp early auto with accompanying history!
