Winchester 1894 .38-55 Caliber Rifle. Beautiful Winchester 1894 Custom Engraved Deluxe takedown Short Rifle. Made in 1899. .38-55. Beautiful gun restored to new condition. Receiver is engraved to resemble Winchester engraving and is nicely done. Barrel has some engraving around caliber marking and then gold inlays. Wood is finely checkered and has very nice figure. Gun has had a saddle ring added. There is also a tang sight. Action works perfectly and bore is excellent. Takedown mechanism works perfectly. This is really a very nice job in restoring this gun and marking it into a deluxe!
