U.S. Model 1860 cavalry saber by D.J. Millard dated 1862. Fair example of a civil war era cavalry saber, scabbard and blade are a dark brown patina with scattered surface oxidation noted throughout. Blade is 34.75" in length, Ricasso has a faint Millard mark. Leather is fair with intact wire wrap.
